A Federal jury in Atlanta ruled yesterday that there was no evidence that the National Basketball Association star DENNIS RODMAN infected a former Atlanta Hawks cheerleader with herpes. The United States District Court jury ruled for Rodman in a suit brought by LISA BETH JUDD, who was seeking damages. Jurors deliberated less than four hours. Judd charged that Rodman infected her while he was in town with the Detroit Pistons. Rodman, now with San Antonio, said there was no evidence that he suffered from a transmittable form of herpes.
